This chapter is shorter than all then rest and Nephi is telling us that he is writing the things he writes to persuade men to come unto God.  He is also only writing the things that will be of worth to us.  Good to know!  We need these words to grow closer to God and that was Nephi’s intent in writing them.  It works out perfect.

Today is the second day of getting up at 7am with my alarm so I can do this.  I am quite fond of it.  I now have put my God first in my life and the thing to attend to next is my baby and hubby.  Putting God first just gives my whole day a better feel.  I am like jump started into productiveness.  Fun stuff.

I am thinking I will read chapter 7 tomorrow morning and maybe post on it, but on Sundays, I like to discuss how the lesson actually went in church.  So maybe two posts tomorrow!    This is turning out to be a very great and productive New Year’s resolution.
